KINX Data Center Tour

Sales AM arranges Data Center Tour and let customers know which Data Center would fit the most. Data Center Tour shall be requested at least prior to 5 business days of the tour date. On the tour date, visitors must have a photo ID(gov't issued ID) to gain an access to Data Center.

- Work hours: 9:00~5:00 pm (weekends/national holidays: unavailable)
- Tour guide staff: Sales AM, Infrastructure team, network engineer (if requested)
- General tour :

Lobby, server room, etc., access system
Monitoring room
Power supply (Power Distribution Units)
UPS/Substitute battery
Redundant Conduit lines
Cooling system
Building security system
MMR(Meet-Me-Room)
Meeting room/lounge (if requested)
