Cross-Connect @ KINX Data Center

All KINX Data Centers are carrier-neutral, meaning that customers can choose circuits from other ISPs. In this case, cross connection is required and a form should be submitted to the Sales Account Manager. When the AM receives the form, a service order form will be sent to the customer.

After receiving a signed Order Form from customer, it usually takes about 5 business days to complete cross connection installation. If cross connection request is not fully filled by missing some information (i.e. demarcation point, cable/transceiver type), lead time can be longer than usual.

2. Please fill in the Cross Connect Request Form and submit it online.
3. Your Sales Account Manager will provide full information(fee, lead time etc) after receiving your request.
