Inbound/ Outbound Shipments
Shipment ticket should be sent at least 5 business days prior to the date when you send a shipment due to available storage space/weight/loading dock size etc.
Any shipments from our customers should be sent based on terms of DDP(Delivered Duty Paid). Please note that KINX is not responsible with all the issues and delay caused from the customs clearance or the following KES/KC/KCC/etc certification for your shipment.
Additional support/ Remote hands service
Remote hands service should be requested for additional support such as certification for KES/KC/KCC/,mounting devices, OS installation, labeling, customs clearance, etc. Please let Sales Account Manager know if you need additional support for customs clearance/ other issues about shipments.
How to apply

1. Please download shipment ticket
2. Fill out the ticket and email it to noc@kinx.net / sales2@kinx.net / Sales Account Manager.
3. Please let Sales Account Manager know prior to sending your shipment.

Terms and Conditions of Shipping
After receipt
1. Installation should be done immediately after the receipt and disassembly of your shipment.
2. If you need to keep your shipment beside your cage or rack, storage room may be provided if applicable at additional cost and warrant form needs to be submitted.
3. KINX is not responsible for the unexpected accidents (including loss or damage of item) while your shipment is not in your cabinet.

After receipt
1. Request your courier to prepare a proper vehicle with a lift.
2. Request your courier to deliver your shipment direct to the server room where your equipment will be placed.


After receipt
1. There will be1 personnel from KINX who can help receiving your shipment. Please negotiate with Delivery Supplier about delivering your packages to your cage or designated place.
2. KINX shall charge RHS fee for additional assistance.(USD $100/hour, for one person)


After receipt
Available : unpacking paper box, wooden pallet, packing materials in side of box
Not available : removal of garbage; paper box, wooden pallet, packing materials in side of box

You are responsible for the garbage generated from your shipment. There are two options for this.
1. Let your courier to bring out the garbage
2. Request RHS to KINX (RHS fee + disposal expense will be charged)


After receipt
When your shipment is coming directly from the third party such as the vendor, please make sure them to write down your company's name. This is for KINX to recognize whether the shipment is from your company and also to track your shipment while customs clearance is in process.
