Remote Hands Service Scope ($100/hour)

- Visual checking (including cable checking)
- Power cycling
- Cable patching
- Internal/external server component replacement
- Asset audit
- Inbound/outbound shipments (if the total weight is over 100kg)
- Waste disposal from shipments
- Network Smart Hands : tracing, re-cabling, re-seating of modules and gbic or replacing network device components
- Cable trouble shooting
- RMA process: 1) receive RMA parts, 2) receive the faulty device/component 3) return the faulty device/component to manufacturer
- Providing OOB
- Conference room setup
- Server/network components installation
